Minimum Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a bachelor’s degree in a related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.

Desirable:

  • Master’s degree in Education
  • Leadership/Management
  • Administrative/Leadership certification
  • Preferably has at least 2 years of HOD experience

Minimum Experience:

  • 6 years experience, including 4 consecutive years of teaching performance that exceeds standards and expectations as evidenced by Performance Appraisal

Aldar Education is currently seeking a Middle/High School Coordinator to join our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE. The current vacancy is based in ADNOC School, Ruwais for August 2024 start.

Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for leading, managing, and developing student achievement and welfare.
  • Lead, support, and organize the team in fulfilling their responsibilities as teachers/homeroom teachers.
  • Ensure that your team actively contributes to the policies, aspirations, and development plans related to the school.
  • To ensure that data relating to students’ prior progress/attainment is used effectively.
  • Be responsible for self-evaluation and analysis of achievements and standards within the cycle.
  • Implement appropriate plans to impact the educational progress of students within the cycle.
  • Assess the performance and professional development needs of your team members, providing them with feedback, guidance, and support.
  • Contribute to overall school’s self-evaluation, planning, monitoring, and policy making.
  • Ensure the effective management of the budget, resources, equipment, and rooms of your department/cycle.
